"First Day of My Life" 08/29/2009

I’ve been listening to this song a lot after moving away from Hawaii, and as we were on our bus ride to Gangwon, I was struck with a feeling of happiness and poignancy. I am so glad I met all of these new, amazing people, and excited that even though we may be in very different places in Korea, we are all starting a new life together.

So it’s official, today is the first day of my life… and it’s yours too. Be the person you always wanted to be and hold yourself to it. Enjoy your new life wherever it may be, and don’t be strangers!
